Signs

So, this might be TMI, but I don't know where else to really ask. I miscarried in October, at 11 weeks, after my husband and I had been trying for 8 months. We started trying again a few months ago, and I am supposed to start my period tomorrow. It is taking everything inside of me not to take a test because I don't want to be disappointed. I have been checking CM and its creamy-ish. My nipples are also more "erect". How can I know (educated guess) without taking an actual test?
