Possible to feel baby at 12 weeks ?

So the other morning around 6 am I was laying down  n I suddenly felt something flip twice in my uterus, like it actually felt something flipping ! could this have been the baby ? I know the difference from gas movement n it for sure   was not that, I'm 12 weeks and 4 days (:

Yes!!!!! I felt my son at 13 weeks! Smaller you are the sooner you feel them.
