Two weeks late but not pregnant??? What else can it be?

I'm always right on time or even a day early! Here I am two weeks late and this says negative. It's either wrong or there is something wrong with my body all of a sudden. And if so, what could it be!?

I was neg on a test when I was a wk late then positive 3 days later. Give yourself a few days

I am in the same boat. I just posted on here as well. I am extremely regular and now I am a week late. I don't think I'm pregnant after two BFNs but I'm worried about what's wrong. Did you ever get your period?

You could go to the doctor for a blood test - some women don't get positive hpt until quite late on but a blood test will be more accurate.  Also ectopic pregnancies often don't test positive on a urine test so it's worth seeing your doctor.
