Hi Everyone,

After trying for nearly 2 years I have been told I have high prolactin. I have had 4 blood tests over the past 3 months and they have all come back high ranging between 826 - 1024.

They did an MRI no tumour. So they just said they are going to review me in 6 months time 😳 some of my symptoms include constant bleeding, bloating, mood swings, and hair loss.

I am 34 and waiting another 6 months before they look at doing anything is worrying me, the funny thing is prolactin is raised by stress so all of this isn't helping.

Has anyone had this? Is there anything I could take myself to lower my prolactin?
