It really feels like bad cramps. But mostly on one side less than the other. And some vaginal pain as well. When it first starts. Go to a dr. They should do an ultrasound and pregnancy test.

I did. It was my second pregnancy and I ended up going to ER because the pain was unbearable. It was like horrible stabbing pains in my lower abdomen. Made me cry and hunch over it hurt so bad. I had to have emergency surgery so it wouldn't burst. It was scary and sad at the same time... I think you will know if you had a tubal like me.

I had a tubal pregnancy, and had zero pain. The concern came when I had light bleeding, and my hormone levels weren't rising appropriately. After ultrasounds & blood work every other day for 3 weeks, they were able to see the mass in my tube. My doctor said he had only seen one other case like mine, where there was no pain associated with it. As long as you aren't in pain and levels are rising appropriately, I'm sure you will be ok.
