Baby Shower Date? Due December 20th

I'm trying to find a date for my baby shower. I don't want to have it too early but I want to be prepared if she comes early.. Opinions?

7 months is better I think then 8. You will still have energy and feel pretty good. Once I hit 8 months it was a struggle everyday. But every pregnancy is different. I was so glad we had mine when I was 7 months though. And my belly was big enough so I definitely looked pregnant. If also gave me enough time to finish setting up the nursery and buying the rest of the stuff we needed before I was too big, swollen, and tired to do anything lol 😂
