Prenatal vitamins/ fertility blend.

I've been ttc for almost a year now. My Dr. told me to go ahead and switch my one a day vitamin to a prenatal vitamin so I'm getting the right amounts of folic acid. I've just recently found out about "fertility blend". One I was wondering if anybody has used this before and two if you have do I still need to take a prenatal with it or can I just take the fertility blend? Is it like a vitamin?
