I am about 19weeks with twin Girls. I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism when I was 19 (I am now 25). I had a successful pregnancy and now have a 12month old daughter. During that pregnancy I felt pretty good despite not being on meds but I had gotten really fit prior to getting pregnant. However I gained 80lbs with her. My current pregnancy isn't going as well. I only lost 20lbs from the last pregnancy before getting pregnant again. I know having twins makes it worse. I was hoping to get that 2 trimester burst of energy but I literally feel like death. I have been on Synthroid for this pregnancy but doesn't seem to be helping.

Twin pregnancy + a 12month old + hypothyroidism = absolute physical misery!

I was wondering if there is anyone who can relate and give me some advice.
