Have been TTC for over 1 year now and my doctor decided to check my stomach if there is any problem because i always have severe cramping 10 over 10 pains and severe bleeding with lots of blood cloths which made me to be very anemic.Surprisingly my old doctor i used when i had my baby 3 years ago left my babys placenta in my stomach,and it has been there since causing me all the pains,bleeding and been very anemic.Am so hurt right now because i dont even know what to do.This is Medical Negligence do you think i have any legal rights against him.
