Possible Pregnancy

I have been trying to conceive baby #2. I have not had my period and I am now 2days late for it. I've had multiple signs of pregnancy that I didn't have with my first. the last test I took 3 days ago it was very negative or so it looked. should I wait or test again with a better test? just been using the drop tests.
