Do you take prenatals will on your period and the days before you ovulate? or do you stop?

You should be constantly taking them. Keep that good stuff in your system so your body is all ready.

I've continued to take them (when I remember to) since April when I found out I was pregnant and I had a miscarriage in may. My doctor told me even though I had a miscarriage if we were thinking of trying again soon to continue to take them.

I was told to continue taking them while trying to conceive.
