Sharp pain??

Question

Had a sharp pain in middle of tummy low down around where uterus is lasting only a couple of seconds? Around 4 weeks pregnant

Being that early you would prob be bleeding as I was 4 weeks 5 days with my miscarriage back in December rememeber your uterus is stretching and growing to accumulate your baby

Im expecting twins, I got pains like that early in pregnancy also, off & on the whole 1st trimester. I also had spotting, but found out it was due to a subchronic hemorrahage which resolved itself by 13 weeks. I'm now 16 weeks & everything has been fine. I wouldn't worry too much, your not bleeding so that's good, & if you were to have spotting tell your doctor. Goodluck!!

My miscarriage started as sharp stabbing pains in my lower abdomen. No blood. My friend told me no worries because there's lots of "pregnancy pains" but a series of lighter and lighter HPTs led me to the doc- bloodwork confirmed the loss. I don't want to scare you, but please be cautious and communicate with your doc is the pains continue.

If you are not bleeding i would not be concerned, drink lots of water and rest for now.
