Skin cancer ?

I am 5 weeks pregnant with my second and yesterday my sister noticed my mole on my back looks different. I am calling tomorrow to get the soonest appointment but am freaking out. Does this look like it could be skin cancer ?

Better get it checked out.  I had one similar to that one show up a few months ago on my back/right shoulder.  I had my dermatologist check it; and to be safe she removed it completely.  She said these are normal on women after 30, and they tend to get tender and even hurt.  They are benign, but still better to have a doc look at it and possible getting it removed.

When I got one removed my doctor said things to look out for: Has it grown in size (width and height) and if there is a white line that goes through it. Also, the skin in the general vicinity of mine occasionally had a tingling sensation that was my biggest clue (it was on my back)
