Currently miscarriage again........

So, I am currently miscarriage hubby and I have agreed to start trying again as soon as possible.... any tips??? My last miscarriage was 5years ago and I have had 2 amazing little daughters since then..... we got pregnant before I even got my 1st af after the last one.......... so how long should we prevent??? I see my doctor tomorrow again and plan on asking her to.....
