at home test positive but hospital negative!!?😔😓🤢

I went to ER with my baby and I haven't had my period at all I had nausea back pain etc u name it I also had multiple positive test at home but when I went to see doc to make sure everything OK she said its negative I'm crushed she said it might be to early to detect so she prefer me to this obg doc I'm so emotional I have no bleeding I have apps to keep track of everything and so far I'm six days late my last period was July fourth I'm just hurt scared of loosing my guy BC of positive test that got my hopes up we went to the store afterwards and told me to wait a couple days and to check I'm with my obg doc and make a appointment I feel like if I'm not I'll NV be a mother and I wont be OK plz any suggestions or help?!!!😔🤢😓😢
