Help! Support? Ectopic pregnancy?

Hello everyone,

On April 1st my husband and I got a BFP. So we scheduled a obgyn appointment for yesterday (April 2), when he did an ultrasound, he couldn't find the baby. He said this may be an ectopic pregnancy or it may just be that I ovulated late and the baby is too small. I'm so worried, he's calling back around 10:30/11 am to let me know of the blood results. Has this happened to anyone else? Are there any suggestions out there? It would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Don't panick. I didn't show anything on the ultrasound either. My blood test came back the next day showing that I had enough hormones so that they should have seen it. They had me come back in the day after that, so we are talking 48 hours from the first appointment... And there she was! There is so much development happening everyday I'm sure you will see your little squish your next appointment.

I've had 3 ectopic pregnancies. I just had surgery yesterday for my 3rd :/. Your hcg levels should double every 24-48hrs, and if they don't 99.9% of the time it is ectopic or will end in mc. I had blood work for 2 weeks trying to wait long enough for my hcg to reach a level high enough to see where the pregnancy was... But I ended up with 2 doses of methotrexate and then my tube ruptured 2 days later and I had emergency surgery. When was your last cycle? And how far did the estimate you?

Relax and hope for the best...this happened with my second one and I had to go back twice because they couldn't find him...low and behold he was there!
