i feel horrible

so day three of burst of nausea..and dizziness and hot flashes. i just dune on the 4th with my first af. after my misscarrige in june. a.f lasted from the 30th of july until august 4th. did bd on august 3rd was just spotting that day.. can anyone explain whats going on. please? id appreciate it. also have cold flashes like ill sweet but with nausea im freezeing.
