Pregnant?
Back in January I miscarried very early in pregnancy. For the past 3 weeks I've been experiencing cramps, sore breasts, nausea and acid reflux, all the same symptoms of when I was last pregnant but I'm not getting a positive test. My period was due to come today but it didn't. Feeling confused and frustrated. Could it just take a long time for me to get a positive test?
