infected ???

Question

Ok so I got my nipples peirced back in February and I took them out for a while. When I put them back in it hurt really bad so I just decided to leave them out. Ever since I've left them out my nipples have been really sore, and when I squeeze my boobs, it squeezes out this stuff. Is it infected or is it breast milkv I've never seen it before. 
It's also like super hard. If that help. I just need some help my mom isn't around much

As a nurse in training, this looks like a serious infection. But please go see a doctor, infection spreads through the body easily! It could also be nothing but I'd be on the safe side and go get checked out just incase.

I'm a nurse and I had my nipples pierced for about 2 & 1/2 years and you have to be very careful because they take so long to heal. Your nipple looks infected to me, consulate your doctor. Use antibacterial soap and clean them.  stay on top of it, infections can spread fast.

Looks like infection. If it's breast milk you have something clogged bc that would clearly be infected milk..... I would try peroxide or something and not put them back in.... just keep it clean and try not to put a bra on/ wear light clothing so it can sit out
