What could it be?

I'm 4 days late, have sensitive nipples, bloating but no cramps. I took a test, it was negative. I did see what I thought was an evap line a few hours later. Are these signs of PMS? I never had these things happen but have sami sign of a period and I'm pretty sure I'm not pregnant.
