My daughter is 8 weeks old today, and since birth, every time we try to bath or wash her, she screams herself into a huge meltdown! I've tried different temperature water, bathing her at different times of the day, after/before feeding, with/out soap, sponge bath, immersed bath etc; and come to the conclusion that she just hates the feeling of being wet. (She also screams if her diaper is even slightly moist)

So, I'm looking for some advice from people who have been through the same - how did you get over it?

*worth noting, we don't have a bath, only a shower, as we live in a country with severe water shortages.
