Mamas who are 13 weeks - how much weight have you gained?

Wondering if I need manage more my weight? Looks like I gained 5 lbs. How much have you all gained?

Also, just an editorial - why are women's clothes so unforgiving for a few pounds?? First time mom here and already needing to upsize wardrobe.
