Prenatal vitamins??

Hey ladies I'm sure this questions has been asked a million times and I'm sorry for repeating it lol but what are the best prenatal vitiams to take? I know they won't help me conceive but I need to start taking them. What do you take and/or recommend? Thanks! 😘

With all three of my pregnancies, I've taken either Equate brand prenatals with DHA or Spring Valley. Neither one gave me nausea, could take them with or without food, and I was able to hold them down with no problems. 
I will say though that prenatals, like everything else, are a process of elimination on what works best for you. There's no shame or harm in switching things up mid-pregnancy, as long as you're getting some kind of nutrients for the baby, that's what counts. Good luck!

Prenatals have pretty strict regulations on what goes in and in what proportions. Go with whatever you can afford, they're all pretty much the same.

U can try Expecta  Lipil  it's from Enfamil it gives u prenatal and a multivitamin pill it's about 13 dollars it has a lot of vitamins that's good for ur body and a pregnancy
