Any tips on quitting breastfeeding?

I want to stop breastfeeding, does anybody have any tips? Mainly on the pain bc my baby can take the bottle no problem, I'm just not ready for my boobs to feel like they're gonna explode 😭

As long as you do it gradually you should have any or much pain. Like stated above just drop one feeding at a time over several weeks and you should have a pretty smooth transition.

A friend of mine just stopped. She dropped one feeding at a time every 3-4 days.
