Ok so I'm 8dpo and I had just a few little twinges on my left side lower abdomen today. I thought nothing of it because I've felt this before. I worked out and when I took my undies off to shower I noticed three tiny spots of what looks like light brown blood. Any chance this could be implantation bleeding? This is our 10th month TTC and first month using conceive plus... Hopeful!
