Mirena crash?

I was reading online, thanks to a friend, about mirena crash. Apparently after iud removal, your body is frantic trying to figure out how to regulate hormones. Has anyone had this? Mine was removed a month ago after perforation was finally discovered. I immediately had to begin an estrogen birth control as pregnancy would be fatal to a fetus due to uterine scarring. I think the combo has thrown my body for a loop I've been so ill.... nausea, sadness, inability to focus, loss of appetite, stomach pains, extreme fatigue and easily fatigued and over exerted just walking, headaches, dizziness.
