potty training help/ tips

So my daughter has gone on her potty, we celebrated every time, as she wants she'll help us flush it if not just watch us flush it in the big potty. She knows it's a good thing and has been very interested in the potty for awhile. But I can't seem to get her to go on it by herself.. I tried leaving her diaper on while not using it and off. She had her first accident and had gotten a little pee on her dad's Xbox controller which kinda upset him and started saying she needed a diaper on again. But even then my daughter didn't even seem phased about going on the floor. Just kinda carried on with her day. The more we go through the motions the more she seems upset with using her potty. What should I do.?
