When you guys told them they were gonna be grandparents?

My mom jumped out of bed, screamed, said "Are you serious!?!" And started crying. So I think she is pretty excited. Everyone else in our families are excited but not quite as much as my mom.

I'm pregnant with my second. My first is going to be two in June. But when I told my dad and my sister they were mad. Especially my dad, and my grandma well...she was like "oh my how you going to take care of another baby, who's going to take care of it". But my boyfriends parents were excited. (Let me mind you that I'm 26 getting scolded for having a second child)

Both our parents weren't too happy the first time around but for different reasons. This pregnancy his mother is the only one having issues with it. She's a tad bit out there 😕

This is my parents 3rd grandchild and my partner's parents 2nd grandchild. They're all thrilled. But his mum did think we were joking at first. Everyone is really happy

When I found out I was pregnant It was a surprise. A mistake with my birth control. I had a sister pass away when I was younger and knew my mother had had a few miscarriages, the last of which had caused a flare up in my Nans depression. We decided to put off telling everybody until we'd gotten some feedback from the doctor. If everyone was angry i didn't want the stress and if they were happy and told everyone and something went wrong...... 
I started to bleed a few days after finding out and it ended up resulting in a miscarriage. Since then we've told his mom and my parents and my sister. My mom claims she knew all along! Haha It didn't seem to faze any of them. My sister was a little shocked but I know she can't wait to be an aunt. We've never told his dad and step-mom. They don't like me. When my fiance told them about our engagement his dad asked "why would you do that?"

My family were all excited my mum was so happy. My stepdad is ridiculously excited! Even though we'd just paid a deposit for our wedding! I thought they might think we should have waited but it wasn't the case.

His mum seemed gobsmacked...... When we left her house she text me 2 hours later saying it had only just sunk in and she was happy/excited.... Think she was just in shock!

His parents weren't happy (they're divorced). His dad just said "was it an accident?" Then later we told his mom she wouldn't say anything for a good 5 minutes and looked pissed off then said "don't think I'll be babysitting" then also asked if it were an accident. My parents/stepparents are and have been very happy.

My family is really small. So when I told my mom she was very excited. She's constantly talking about everything baby. Plus this is the first boy, and he's already loved and spoiled.

Nope they were all happy, as we just got married 2 days before we found out and were gonna try right away amyway.
My mom hasn't had a grandchild for 15 yrs my nephew is an adult now so she was elated, my hubby's famiky are well versed with 3 young grandchildren

My entire family that I talked to were totally geeked at the idea.  Especially my mom who wants a grand baby oh so bad. Fiance family seemed pretty excited too except his mom and step dad.  But they are the people who don't really show emotion. Plus his sisters pregnant  right now so I guess it didn't really matter to them lmao
