help my 9th difficulty with dipper changing time

My 9th month baby girl gives me a very hard time changing her dipper because she wants to craw all day and will refuse to be on her back .. and the changing table scares me the way she moves to get up from it :( .. I hold her legs together up and she turns her self side ways to go on her belly .. I can't blame her she was 1/2 of her live or better said first 5 month mostly on her back .. please give ideas on how to make it easy on both baby and me :( ..
