Could it be a sign?

I'm currently 14dpo, AF is 2 days late now but I thought she would be right on time.. I had negative test at 9dpo-11dpo.. I've been cramping, my lower back has been hurting, terrible headaches, all the classic PMS symptoms. Which I've never really had much of besides cramping usually a couple days into my period... but I figured since I had a MMC back in May my body and hormones have probably just changed.. but yesterday my throat started hurting and I had my tonsils out years ago and never really had much of a sore throat since then.. and now tonight I have heartburn and I'm feeling nauseous. Could this be a sign or am I just over thinking and AF is just late. I'm trying to wait a couple more days before I test again to see if she shows up late.. to avoid disappointed
