Tight Belly

I feel like my stomach is uncomfortably tight most of the time, particularly closer to the evening. I assume this has to do with eating and my stomach being able to hold less food. I feel like I don't over indulge at meal times, but ouchie, my stomach is really tense. Have any of you had this issue?
