Feeling movement at 12 weeks?

Almost 13 weeks with my second baby. I have sworn I feel movement. Is it possible to feel them this early?

I swear if I'm laying down on my back and I put my hand on my tummy I can feel movement that doesn't correlate with my breath. It's tiny, barely there, and probably all in my mind but it still makes me happy.

This is baby #4 for me and you can definitely feel movement hell of a lot sooner with each pregnancy. I'm 11+2 and I for sure felt him or her move today.

I think I've feeling my baby mostly at night when I'm trying to fall asleep...I'm almost 12 weeks. but this is my first baby ...so maybe it's all in my head. I feel like a fluttering of movement inside on my left side.

Call me crazy, but this is my second and I've been able to feel him/her since around 8 weeks.
