How do doctors define being "sexually active"?

Just curious, I've got a doctors appointment coming up, this is the first time I'm not 100% sure how to answer this question 😂 I haven't had sex, but my boyfriend and I have both given/received oral a couple times, and he's fingered me... do doctors mean actual sex? Should I still answer no?

If you can get an STD from doing it which you can (though not saying you will) then you should tell your doctor. You could also tell your doctor what you've done they will not care if they're a good doctor. It's always a good idea to be as honest as possible with your doc cuz it affects how they treat and care for you
