what is this?? -tmi (pic included)

does anyone know what this is?? it's on the top, side of thigh/hip and i have no idea what it could be!! i've tried not to scratch it but it itches like crazy. maybe a bug bite?? i'm not sure though because i don't go outside to be bitten my a mosquito. it's a very big lump (first pic) does it looks like a cyst?? i dont think cysts itch though so can anyone help?? thank you!!
