Can you feel your water about to break?

That may be an actual stupid question. I have only experienced a scheduled c section due to a breech baby, so I don't know at all about the "labor" process. I was just wondering if anyone knew their water was about to break? I know I've read it was an all of sudden gush thing, but you never know 🤷‍♀️

Mine was a sudden thing it felt like a pop and then my pants were all wet.. and I'm kinda hoping it happens that way again with this one

Yes you can feel it. When my water broke with my daughter I was laying down and I felt like I was going to have pee myself so I got out of bed and stood up and all of the sudden this gush of fluid came gushing out of me and it's uncontrollable, you can't just try and hold it.

Didn't feel a thing. I stood up from my chair and felt a trickle like I peed a little. Went to the bathroom, peed and stood up. When I pulled my pants back up it came out again, another trickle.

I didn't feel a damn thing. It was just all of a sudden warm like someone spilled warm water in my lap.

i felt a lot of pressure on my bladder so i had a warm bath and went to bed... 5 hours later i felt a small gush come out of me 😂
