20 week ultrasound- cervix

Anyone have pics of their cervix from their 20 week ultrasound? I noticed the tech today looking at mine over and over again and I'm worrying myself there's something abnormal with mine.. my uterus was contracting pretty much the whole time I was having my ultrasound too which the tech commented on and now I have pinching and stabbing pains inside my vagina and on the lower part of my belly. This is mine from today, I'll obviously be asking my obgyn about this in the morning but was hoping to put my mind at ease for the night at least.
