Did you get to see your angel?

I lost my little Morgan at 6 weeks, 4 days. I never got to see him. He had left my body already by the time I had an urgent ultrasound done. It kills me to think that means I probably flushed my baby down the toilet without seeing him. I wonder every day what my baby looked like.

I MC at 11 weeks 2 days.... They say my baby stopped developing at 8 - 9 weeks.... They medically induced my miscarriage ... 7 hours into the medication I passed him I know the minute I did his/her body was so tiny but I could see tiny arms and tiny legs I buried him in the backyard under my favorite tree and will be planting some forget me nots over him

I am so sorry you didn't get a chance to say goodbye. For me I started spotting a week before Dyllans heart stopped right at 8 weeks. That Wednesday we went in for an emergency ultrasound and we're told there was no heart beat, that night at 4 am I passed them, it was a little fluid filled sac with a hard jelly bean sized baby inside. I did not see the actual baby, because the sac was intact and I felt it right to leave it that way. I held Dyllan and told them we loved them, that they were very much wanted and told them goodbye.

It was 4 am and I wasn't thinking or I would have kept them and buried them, I do know how shitty it is to know you flushed your hopes and dreams down the toilet.

Just talk to them. I'm not religious but it helped me. Give them a name and tell them you love them. It's all about closure.

We lost our baby at 20 weeks and chose not to see her 😢 We did carry her little body in our memory box to the blessing with the hospital chaplain and I was able to give her a kiss although she was wrapped in a receiving blanket- the only kiss she'll ever know. I wish I did see her now, as hard as it may have been, I bet she was beautiful.  I'm so sorry for your loss.

I lost baby in February. I was 9 weeks when I went in for a ultrasound. As soon as the lady started, i saw there was no heart beat. I kept it cool though because I could have been just not seeing things right. So she measured the baby, the baby only measured 8 weeks 2 days. I didn't pay to much mind to that because I could been off with my calculations but when she said she was going to look for a heart beat, my heart dropped. She searched for 5 minutes, which felt like 5 hours and then she said the words, unfortunately I couldn't find a heartbeat. She said more things but it was all a blur to me. When my fiancé and I left the office  I broke down crying right there and I looked up to say why God? And there was a rainbow over my head. That made me cry even more bc I felt like that was a sign from God and my Baby that everything would be okay. So long story short I didn't miscarry until 12 weeks and 4 days and it was terriable, the worst experience of my life. I got to see my baby because I knew it was in the toilet bc I haven't flushed yet. (Bear yourself) I stuck my hand in the toilet and grabbed anything I felt (I couldn't see anything in the toilet, too much blood) and searched the tissue until I found my baby. And as soon as I was about to give up hope, I finally found him/her. I cryed so hard. I'm so glad I got to see my baby. If you want I can put a picture in the comments. Just let me know. I am so sorry for your loss. I found out at 18w that my baby had no heart beat and had stopped growing at 13-14w. I ended up going into labor at home later that night and passed my baby. At first I didn't want to look...I was terrified and devastated-but eventually I did. Looking at those perfect hands and feet that I will never get to hold again gave me so many mixed emotions.

I am so sorry! I never got to see my baby either, and it made me question whether he/she ever existed at all. Maybe I dreamt the whole thing. Making this memorial helped to remind me... Although I know it's not the same. 💛💙💜

We lost our 4th baby on Christmas Eve 2014. I was 11 weeks. I had a full natural miscarriage. I took several pictures of our sweet little one. Here are a couple below of "Baby T"s arms and hands.
