IUD method ,
Heyy , currently I'm on the shot (depo provera) , but I'm considering changing it to the IUD method . I leave for the Army in July and I'll rather have to not worry about getting a shot every 3 months with all that's going to be going on .... What's your experience with the IUD method ?
