so I'm about to be 40 and just had my 1 year wedding anniversary. my age freaks me out for ttc for first time. but my question is this. if I had sex last night and ovulate today or tomorrow I think. what's the earliest I could take a test? or so I have to wait till a missed period?

I'm concerned as I'm noticing my luteal phase is usually very short (ca. 8-9 days), does anyone else have such a short phase? I did the wrong thing and googled this (!) nd saw it could be related to some health issues.. any advice??

We removed my nexplonon in Oct because of cyst on ovaries and we wanted to try for our own baby. I just started taking an herb called vitex due to believing I have a hormone imbalance.
