Tips and Tricks?

Have any of you mummies or mummies to be have any words of wisdom, tips and tricks or pointers in how to help conceive?? My Fiance and i have been TTC since November 2015 with 3 miscarriages and its getting to the point where i am starting to blame myself for not falling pregnant or being able to keep the baby... Help me ladys!

Have you tried herbal supplements and good prenatals? Vitex is good, I've also read good things about fertilaid which I'll be buying soon (it's I'm my Amazon cart now).

The book Making Babies is really good. I'd definitely check with your doctor first, if you haven't already, but the book may give you some ideas or things to ask your doctor about.
