I actually learned about this book called Trim Healthy Momma that my friend told me about. She also has PCOS but learning a better way to eat through the book she's actually due soon! In the last few weeks I've been trying more what the book says and continued my workouts 6 days a week plus applying Progessence Plus essential oil each day & today Aug 10th, I finally got my BPF! I had a miscarriage in January so I'm so thankful even with PCOS it's still possible! And without medication as I took Metformin before I got pregnant with my first 7 years ago. I definitely recommend checking out the book & looking into Young Living Progessence Plus essential oil. With a little hard work and prayer anything is possible!

I have PCOS and before I became pregnant I was going to the gym everyday and TRYING my best to portion my meal. I did not do any diet as I've tried so many and have failed. 
I didn't put any pressure on eating healthy as I love good salads and greens, thankfully. Lost a few kilograms just after 7 weeks of it. I say go natural and enjoy it! :)
