Cramps after taking Plan B?

Took Plan b yesterday because my fiancé and I had sex yesterday without a condom. I was coming off my period, and I'm on the pill, but I had taken a few pills late and figured I'd rather be extra safe just in case. Is cramping after taking Plan B normal? And should I be safe from an unintended pregnancy?
