Does anyone else feel like they PMS AFTER their period or is it just me? And am I just really THAT annoyed of life right now? 😏

During ovulation  time I get similar PMS symptoms , then I get s break then the week just prior to AF it comes back.

I have PMS three out of four weeks. I think each women is different. Some are blessed with happy cycles and others like us... Get the short end of stick. Cheer up and maybe was CH out for moodiness and food craving. I try to walk when I have PMS. Helps sometimes. Good luck
