Uuuuhhg! I'm due in 5 days (August 13th) and a couple days ago I couldn't wait to go into labor! I can't wait to meet my new little boy!! I'm just SO ready. And so done being pregnant. 😰

But then... I developed an abscess on my left interior butt cheek. Today I had to have it drained. I just want everything to be healed up before I have to give birth. It's already incredibly painful to sit. And I know from the first time around how uncomfortable everything is downstairs after birth already. I can't imagine having to deal with both.

I feel like baby will be here soon though. I had my bloody show on Saturday (along with more than a tablespoon more of mucus I lost through the day) and I'm dilated 3cm and 80% effaced.

Guess I'll just deal with whatever happens. Timing just sucks though. As if the end of pregnancy isn't hard enough. Heartburn, nausea, hemorrhoids, constantly sore and achey from the waist down, just generally hard to move because your giant belly is in the way and your carrying an extra 30lbs. And now this. ☹️
