Do you guys think this diaper stockpile is right ?

I want to start stockpiling on diapers but I'm afraid to buy to many diapers of one size that my baby won't nee. Any ideas? My due date is December 16.

Every baby is so different so it might be true for one baby but it certainly wasn't for mine. Unless you're getting some amazingly good deal, instead of stockpiling just save that money until you need to buy diapers or if you want you could buy gift cards and put them in a special diaper envelope or something.

I would buy a jumbo box of each size and instead of stockpiling more, take the money you would spend and set it aside in an envelope for when it's time to restock. You don't want to be stuck with a bunch of diapers your baby has outgrown or discover a skin allergy after all that wasted money. We also did this for bottles and pacifiers since babies can be quite picky 😀

My daughter wore NB until she was 2 months old and now she is 4 months old and just started wearing size 2. Do whatever you think is best. I personally buy diapers when she has a few left so I don't have a stockpile of leftover too small diapers

Never used newborn since size 1 starts at 8 pounds. Stockpiling sounds tempting but baby skin is so sensitive. If you do stockpile, don't open them all up bc you may need to exchange them out for a different kind.

not for us. my son went through over a thousand newborn diapers before he outgrew them. he was in size ones for a hot minute. currently in size 2 and I think we'll probably be here for a bit longer than the ones. make sure that you will be within your return window if you stockpile because there's really no way to know how quickly your baby is going to grow. I'm a very tiny person and my husband is average sized but my son is like a little linebacker at five months even though he was only 7 lbs at birth
