the bible is not a book of historicity. you must know how to read it to know how to interpret it. religion and science can go hand and hand. i am Catholic and truly believe this.

I don't believe that we, humans, descended from a common ancestor as apes. But i do believe in evolution in the sense of variation with in a species. My theories are factually in line with the bible. In  Genesis the story of Noah and the Ark, it specifically says that Noah had two of every kind of animal with him on the Ark. He had two dogs. Not two pit bulls, two Chihuahuas, two golden retrievers. He had two dogs period.

I think you can believe in God and in evolution, but you cannot believe in God, evolution, and the Bible. Because the Bible tells you how we were created and it was not through evolution. It's all a matter of whether you believe the word of God, not so much only if you believe there is a God.

yes of course. many look at evolution as an awesome tool god created :) also for me i don’t  take it as literal but more like lessons to learn from . it’s been translated so many times it seems to me taking it too literally just doesn’t make sense and i personally don’t believe that was the intention.

Yes and no, maybe we didn't come from monkeys but who's to say that the "Big bang" wasn't started from God Himself?

Well if you think of the Bible as more allegorical than fact then yes. You can believe in science and God.
