upper back pain?!?!

Question

Anyone eles suffering from excruciating upper/mid back pain????

I'm really struggling here.  Have tried ice, heat, stretching, Tylenol, massage, and chirpractic care.

Anyone else expierencing this? Have you found any comfort?

Update.  Apparently I was in early labor.  Water broke on Wednesday and our beautiful baby girl was born Thursday afternoon.

Yes! And since I started getting regular braxton hicks 2-3 mins apart and a bit of lower back pain its disappeared

I have a tender spot inside my shoulder blade. I've been using a heating pad whenever it bothers me, give it a try
