Latest ultrasound -- girl or boy?

So I went for my checkup a couple days ago (15w6d) and they had to do an ultrasound bc they couldn't find the baby's heartbeat (it was wiggling around so much and turned upside down). The only clear shot we got was of the baby's butt and leg/foot. My sister swears she can tell it's a boy from the dark spot, but it kind of just looks like a part of the leg/butt to me. Any guesses??
