So I had a cervix exam earlier today, but still currently wiping blood.. is this normal?

I had a cervix exam at 36 weeks and it caused my contractions to get more intense. After they slowed down they released me from the hospital. Later that day I spotted for the whole day and I even lost my mucus plug. It looked like a piece of jello the size of a quarter (yellowish with blood) it's been a week and a half and I'm still pregnant. Good luck to you 🍀 hopefully you go into labor soon
