Prenatal vitamins!?

So I've been trying to conceive and after 9 months with no luck... 😢 I was wondering if taking prenatal vitamins would help ??

I have actually heard that it is best to start taking pre-natals six months before you are going to start trying... It takes time for your folic acid levels to get to where they should be and usually by the time you actually find out you are pregnant, you have missed a good amount of the time that it is most significant (first trimester) to be taking them.  I don't know that it will help you conceive, but it definitely won't hurt to have been taking them already when you do finally conceive.  Either way, baby dust to you!!! 😄

When I told my doctor that we were ttc she immediately recommended that I start a prenatal vitamin! I've also read that women who start to take their prenatals before they're pregnant will be less likely to experience nausea related to their vitamin.

You should be taking them. They won't necessarily help but when you do get pregnant it will help.

It is recommended to take vitamins while trying to conceive, most women don't know they're pregnant the first vital weeks when folic acid is most important

I am taking gummie kind. They are at wal mart. They are good. You just take two a day. My gyn told to me start taking before, during my pregnancy I am waiting to find out now. But the gummie kind are very good.
